the place was spotless, and the location was awesome! close to everything i needed. great food all around, and lenox mall was just a few blocks away. the staff was amazing - especially louise and her awesome bloody mary’s!

Spacious rooms, excellent customer service, clean and well-maintained, great location with plenty of nearby restaurants, accommodating staff.

I had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Place. the room size was perfect for a girls' night in with my friends, and the location was ideal with easy access to restaurants. the staff, particularly Louise at the front desk, was friendly and accommodating. We also appreciated the comfortable sitting area in the rooms.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious room, perfect for our girls' night in. The location was great, surrounded by restaurants and attractions. The hotel staff promptly addressed our request for additional towels and offered helpful local dining recommendations. I'll recommend this hotel.

Our stay at a hotel in Buckhead was excellent value for money. The inclusive parking and breakfast made our visit stress-free. The staff was exceptionally hospitable, providing directions and recommendations for local attractions. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the pool added to the enjoyment of our stay.
Despite requesting towels and wastebasket emptying, nothing was done, leaving the room feeling unclean.
